GME provides an FTP and/or FTPS channel to access market data in the “Results” section. To activate this feature, users must accept the related terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”).
This document must be duly signed for acceptance by the applicant and submitted to GME together with a copy of his/her identity document and, if the applicant is an organisation, with a self-certification pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/00, certifying the powers of representation of the signer (Declaration of Powers of Representation), or other equivalent document based on witch GME will carry out a substantial equivalence evaluation.
The documents must be sent, in PDF format and digitally signed according to the current legislation, via PEC to GME's certified e-mail address: gme@pec.mercatoelettrico.org.
If you fail to have a certified e-mail address, the digitally signed documents must be sent to the dedicated e-mail address of GME: posta.gme@mercatoelettrico.org.
If you fail to have a digital signature certificate, the physically signed documents must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document of the signer.
After verifying the documents received, GME will transmit the access credentials (user id, password) to the e-mail address of the user indicated in the documents.
Upon request for cancellation of the user’s authorisation, to be sent to the e-mail address ftpservice@mercatoelettrico.org, the authorisation will be cancelled.
