HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Subjects with obligation to communicate data pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree n. 249 of 31 December 2012, and referred in article 2, paragraph 1, of the Ministerial Decree n.17433 of 5 July 2017, (hereinafter: "liable subjects") are required to register on the PDC-oil.
As specified in the Circular of 1 July 2013 and in the Circular of 19 January 2018 the owner of the structure, or, in case of leasing, only the lessee is subject to the obligation to notify.
For the purposes of registration on PDC-oil the liable subjects must access the PDC-oil and carry out the registration procedure described in the “GUIDE FOR THE OPERATOR OF THE PDC-OIL”.
With the communication of successful registration, the qualification of operator of PDC-oil is confirmed.
