GUARANTEES
During the transitional period, the Market Participants are not required to post any financial guarantee to cover the exposures deriving from i. the capacity of power actually made available and ii. the energy transactions assigned, pursuant to Article 66 and Article 67, paragraph 67.2 of the Regulation of the local flexibility market, respectively.
