Further to its communication of 12 April 2024, GME announces that, under ARERA’s resolution DIME/gat/2/2024 of 11 April 2024, the Rules governing the operation of the Regulated Market and of the Platform for registering bilaterals of Guarantees of Origin (P-GO Rules), and Technical Rules nos. 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07 P-GO, as amended to introduce the GO Bulletin Board into the P-GO systems, will enter into force on 6 May 2024.
