Participants are informed that, with Resolution 602/2023/R/EEL of 19/12/2023, ARERA approved the urgent amendments to the Regulation of the Forward Energy Account Platform, ordered by the Gestore dei mercati energetici S.p.A., pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 3.6, of the same Regulation. As known, the aforementioned amendments entered into force on 21 March 2022 with their publication on the GME Web site.
