Gestore dei Mercati Energetici S.p.A. recruits the staff necessary to meet its needs through selection processes involving the analysis of the applications submitted through its website by filling out the online form by the candidate. The requirements emerged in the definition phase of the professional profile, in particular the curriculum vitae and any professional experience, as well as search criteria are applied to the database in order to operate an extraction of the suitable candidates. Using one or more tools for recognition and assessment (technical-specific questionnaires, technical tests, aptitude tests, in-depth interviews, group exercises), the Commission compares the candidates in various ways in order to analyze and evaluate multiple variables.
