HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Subjects meeting the requirements mentioned in Regulations of the Market Platform for the offer of oil logistics services for mineral oils (P-LOGISTICS) can apply for admission to P-LOGISTICS by submitting the documentation referred in P-LOGISTICS Operating Manual according to the methods provided for therein.
With the communication of successful admission, the qualification of P-LOGISTICS operator is confirmed.

- Dichiarazione poteri rappresentanza (Declaration of Powers of Representation)
- Dichiarazione assenza condanne penali (Declaration No Conviction)
- Consenso privacy user (User Privacy Consent)
- Dichiarazione RI/REA (Administrative and Economic Repertoire (REA) and Companies Register (RI) Declaration)
- Richiesta gestione utenti (User Management Request)
- Comunicazione Operazioni Straordinarie (Declaration in Lieu of Affidavit)

FEES AND SETTLEMENT

- Dichiarazione operatività Casa madre/Stabile organizzazione (Fixed Establishment/Branch VAT Statement)
- Dichiarazione da operatore soggetto a Split payment (Statement by participant subject to split payment)
